I've noticed the larger fish being caught at Stone Mtn. I hooked into a rainbow that was 17 maybe 18 inches on a Zonker back in early October. I also noticed some pretty large rainbows holding in the deeper pools. They are fun. Especially when they readily hit dries.

Happy Thanksgiving,

Tyler

Hey Tyler,

I was going to try the Mitchell, but last minute changed my mind for more familiar waters since I was taking a budy. The morning was hot. I landed a nice 18 inch rainbow which made my day. It was a mix bag, mostly nymphs and emergers but, that big one hit on top, (dropper rig). I finished the day with about 18 fish. My friend however only managed 1. I think I retied more knots and tippet for him than I have used all year, lol.

Lance
